Are American Workers Protected From Systemic Civil Rights Abuses Under The Whistleblower Protection Act?

The law suggests that the Whistleblower Protection Act (WPA) was designed to protect Federal employees, or applicants for Federal employment from retaliation for making certain protected disclosures. It may be worth asking if the WPA is actually protecting workers rights, or being used as a tool to silence the Whistleblower at agencies like the EPA, and the Dept of Energy. If the average citizen was clueless on the subject of government Off-Budget-Enterprises (OBE), they would have no idea what these bureaucracies are pushing under the guise of a Green New Deal. The OBE allows bureaucrats to pool tax-payer revenues from state or federal budgets, to create new business ventures around government programs like the EPA’s ENERGY STAR® brand. Then have the FBI, Defense Dept, National Institutes for Health or the CIA help in the cover-up of the financial failures from these state-owned enterprises.

Possibly the largest of these government-created failures was the Washington Public Power Supply System (WPPSS), a massive OBE which began back in 1957. That was at the height of the Cold War, and twenty-five years after the start of what was known as the Tuskegee Experiment. That so-called scientific research was called the “Tuskegee Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male”, which began in 1932. That was just prior to the election of Franklin D Roosevelt, the father of the original New Deal. This sick government project continued until 1972, when a government Whistleblower had ‘leaked’ information on the study to the NY Times.

By that time, FDR had already initiated the super-secret Manhattan Project, developed the Hanford Nuclear Reservation out in Washington State, which that had produced the plutonium for the atomic bomb that was dropped on Nagasaki. The plutonium production portion of that secret operation had been totally shut down by 1971. All of that activity had been kept secret, but would later become very well-known to many of the people residing in the region.

The reason for providing this abbreviated timeline, is to provide some clarity on other formerly undisclosed events that had also taken place during this era, and had been deliberately distorted by media propagandist. Its important that people know that the government has been quietly releasing information about those secret initiatives, but only to convince the general public that their activities were all part of normal business for modern Government corporations.

One of the lessor known FDR influencer’s was Vannevar Bush, a MIT professor who played a critical role in persuading the US to create the atomic bomb. Bush was the guy that “insisted upon the principle of Federal patronage for the advancement of knowledge in the United States, a departure that came to govern Federal science policy after World War II”. If you ever wondered how our top universities, and Federal Laboratories became worthless money-pits catering to corporate interest, Vannevar Bush was man that started the decline.

When George Orwell was writing his book Nineteen Eighty-Four, he could have been describing the same types of secret Public/Private partnerships that he encountered eighty years ago. Orwell was a Socialist, who thought he could atone for some of his own guilt by immersing himself in the lifestyle of the poor people in Europe. Orwell became famous for articulating just how delusional, conflicted and ethically challenged that the scientific research, national security and economic stability had become under characters like Vannevar Bush.

Which explains the current state of affairs at the EPA, that had recently released a new Smart Grid product-line worth potentially trillions of dollars for political insiders. Not by marketing products to save energy, but as the ultimate spy tool for government control of civilian populations.

The EPA’s new ENERGY STAR® product-line has a direct connection back to the WPPSS fiasco, in which the bureaucrats had originally planned to build 20 nuclear power plants in Washington State. Then was reduced down to five, but that failed government initiative managed to build only one nuclear power plant before defaulting on a $2.25 billion bond in 1983. By 1984, the Columbia Generating Station was completed at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation, which later became the location for the EPA’s largest, and most expensive Superfund clean-up project in their troubled history.

As of today, government lawyers are still working on both sides of that corrupt fiasco from a Whistleblower law-suit, in a case that all of the files were sealed by a U.S. Judge until just a few days ago.

This is not a small matter, because those legal actions only involved the Whistleblower claims to receive 15% to 25% of any funds recovered under the U.S. False Claims Act related to fraudulent hours charged to the DOE for work that never happened. Which had absolutely nothing to do with the disgraceful treatment of Downwinders, a group of Americans that were the most impacted by the malfeasance of the US Government.

Its been seventy-five years since the Hanford site ran secret operations like Green Run, in which bureaucrats deliberately released radiation into the atmosphere for testing purposes until 1962. In every instance, the government had applied their own double-standard of justice, that allowed officials to decide which citizens had been effected by testings of atomic weapons. The public had been kept completely in the dark by federal bureaucrats for decades, about the very real dangers related to the release of radiation in to atmosphere. As corporate media, continues the with the charade of good government officials working tirelessly on the never-ending problem related to their experiments.

The National Parks Service had teamed up with DOE in 2015, to operate a Manhattan Project National Historical Park project. Wallace Stegner, that some call the dean of Western writers opined in 1983 that National parks are the best idea we ever had. Absolutely American, absolutely democratic, they reflect us at our best rather than at our worst”. I don’t how democratic the National Parks Trust organization was at its founding 1983, but its current DEI programs appear to mimic those values of its big business partners, university scholars, and corporate environmentalist.

To fully understand how sick these government research programs had become, simply visit Wikipedia page on “Unethical human experimentation in the United States”. Which opens with a picture from the Tuskegee Experiment, before describing hundreds of major institutions and renown scientist engaged in the sickest practices imaginable. But facing little or accountability for their actions.

Those actions range from inoculating a twelve-month-old baby with herpes who was “offered as a volunteer” in a study, to injecting unsuspecting old folks with live cancer cells to “discover the secret of how healthy bodies fight the invasion of malignant cells”. It’s some of those experiments with radiation poisoning that you should really be concerned about.

Americans didn’t voluntarily give up their rights to Constitutional protection, by agreeing to work for a federal agency, or living in region used as a government test site. Government bosses simply believe they can deny citizens the right to petition the government for redress of grievances, because they consider them as collateral damage in a battle to save the planet. Which appears to always begin by punishing the Whistleblower, as a warning to all others that would dare to speak out against a political agenda.

When the CIA Director William Casey was boasting about his disinformation campaign in 1981, he was referring to the efforts of the same institutions that are now claiming to possess the Settled Science proving that Global Warming is an existential threat to all of mankind. As the EPA’s ENERGY STAR® corporate partners, continue to pretend that their premium-priced products actually save energy, save money and protect the climate.

Just don’t ask how, or you may end up being subjected to an unethical experiment in CIA brainwashing techniques, at a federal prison.
